Mandark is a dark ambient/extreme noise and soundscape project for West Australian born electronic music producer Boris Otterdam.
Beginning in 2002 as a side project to Noistruct. Mandark creates both analogue and digital recordings, ambient isolationist style soundscapes, impromptu field recordings, extreme noise, spontaneous live synth compositions and dark and disturbing film score sound. influenced by power electronics, extreme and abstract noise, nightmares, sleep deprivation and film scores.
Mandark has released online albums and EPs and contributed to compilations on labels in Australia and around the world as well as performing around Australia.
